Operation Steps

1. Commodities Selection

1.1 After registering your account, you can start browsing commodities.

1.2 The top row are the categories of commodity; you can select according to your needs.

1.3 Take the NcEditor in [Commodities] as an example.

1.4 Scroll down to see our commodity specifications and introduction video.

2. Start the subscription

2.1 First, select the use version you want to use.

2.2 Then, choose a subscription plan, which can be divided into 1, 3, 6, 12 months or a free trial version.

2.3 After selecting the plan, click [Buy].

3. Shopping List

3.1 Select the use version and adjust the number of subscriptions.

3.2 The order summary on the right side will show the price of the commodity.

3.3 After checking the plan, click [Fill in information].

4. Fill In Information

4.1 Name and email address are defaulted to the member information.

4.2 The default payment method is credit card, but bank transaction is also acceptable.

4.3 By default, the system will select [Automatic renewal after expiration] and save credit card number, you can also change it based on your needs.

4.4 Click [Check Out] to do the payment.

5. Selecting a payment method

5.1 Select the type of the credit card.

5.2 Fill in the Credit card number, Card valid thru and CVV code.

5.3 Check the box to remember this payer information for next time subscribing.

5.4 Fill in the cardholder's name and cell phone number, a text message will be sent to your cell phone for you to check after the purchase.

5.5 Click [Pay Now].

6. Transaction Safety Verification

6.1 SMS verification code will be sent to your cell phone to secure the transaction.

6.2 Fill in the verification code you received.

6.3 Click [Send Verification].

6.4 The page will show payment success.

6.5 A notification letter will be sent to your email informing you that your subscription is successful and provide you with the product key.

6.6 Commodity subscription is successful.
